Your account

You need to be old enough in your country to enter into an agreement which in most places, that's 13 or older. Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account, so pick a good one. One account per person.

Your posts

You own what you post. By publishing on hmm.fyi, you give us permission to host and display your posts as part of the service. You can edit or delete them at any time. Anything you publish is public by design — your page lives at hmm.fyi/yourusername.

What's not allowed

No illegal content. No content that infringes on someone else's rights. No harassment, threats, or targeted abuse. No spam, link farms, malware, or deceptive links. No scraping, automated posting, or trying to break the service. Be a decent person and we'll get along fine.

Moderation

We may remove posts or suspend accounts that break these terms, at our discretion. We're a small operation, so we lean on judgement rather than long rule lists. If you think we got something wrong, email us and we'll take another look.

The service itself

hmm.fyi is provided as-is, free of charge. We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it'll always be available or bug-free. We're not liable for losses that come from using or relying on the service. If something feels broken, tell us and we'll try to fix it.

Ending things

You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may close accounts that violate these terms. If we ever shut the service down, we'll give reasonable notice so you can take your stuff with you.

Changes

If we update these terms, we'll change the date below. Significant changes will be mentioned on the site. Continuing to use hmm.fyi after a change means you accept the update.
